1.       Has my order been dispatched yet?

Once we have received your order, you will receive an email directly to your inbox confirming that your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order by clicking the track your order link on the email.

2.       What time can I expect my delivery?

Couriers do their utmost to deliver between 8am -6pm, however on occasion they can deliver outside these hours

3.       How long will it take for a return to be processed?

The whole process can take up to 14 days. You will be notified at each step of the way. Upon receipt of your return, we will send email notification to advise this has been received. You will then receive a separate email confirmation when a refund has been processed it can take between 3-5 working days for this to be authorised by your bank and to appear in your account.

4.       If your order is incorrect or faulty?

We’re sorry your product is Incorrect or faulty.   To help resolve this as quickly as possible, please contact our customer care team at and advise of your name, order number and a brief description of the fault or incorrect item.
